Located in the windshield washer fluid reservoir, does not include grommet/strainer
If your windshield washers are not spraying fluid is it likely due to a failed pump. There are several ways to test for a failed pump but we thing the easiest is to just activate the pump from the steering column mounted switch and listen for the distinct "humming" sound that the pump normally makes. If you hear no noise it could be because of a failed pump or faulty wiring.
