1. Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes! We ship to all locations Australia wide, postage fees are indicted in cart, we offer free postage if within 10kms of Woolloongabba / East Brisbane.

2. Where is your stock located? Do you dropship like most companies?

Our stock is located locally within Australia @ various warehouses, any items listed as in stock are exactly that - locally stocked items available for immediate delivery!

3. How long is shipping?

We generally pack and ship items within 2 business days, our items are typically delivered within 3 business days within the metro area. We offer express overnight shipping guaranteed next day. 

4. Why are your prices lower then local shops? Is this real?

We're a registered Australian online store based in Brisbane, we do not have a brick and mortar store, we're purely online based so we're able to hand down our savings direct to our customers, no fancy suited salesmen or big physical stores to pay for, we pass our savings direct to you! 

5. What is your warranty?

All items are backed by factory warranty, usually 12 months on most parts. Any electrical items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. All items are subject to manufactures warranty procedures. Return postage is paid for buyer as set out in Australian Consumer Law. 30 day return policy applies for change of mind purchases with a refund minus 10% restocking fee as-long as item/s are in resellable condition and unopened box. No returns for incorrectly ordered items - our catalogue is equipped with OEM part number coverage search, along with a support of email service -email your vin and part wanted in quesiton and we will 100% guarantee the part will fit your vehicle.
